Shipping policy
Delivery will be arranged in 3 to 5 business days once items ordered have arrived to our location to allow products checks and inspection. Any incomplete payments of the ordered products will result to exclusion from our delivery schedule.
General
The following terms and conditions shall apply for the installation and servicing work to be performed by Vendor. Customer shall understand and accept this terms and condition upon Customer request for work. Vendor have the right to refuse or cancel work at any time if deemed necessary.
Pricing and Payment
The prices quoted in Brunei Dollars are net. The cost of the work shall be payable immediately on receipt of the invoice. Rights of retention shall not be permitted. Additional rates applies if work is done on public holidays. Request for work shall be made by Customer no less than 7 calendar days. Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. Vendor reserve the right to change service prices at any time without notice.
Scope of Supply and Work
The services of Vendor shall not include transportation or delivery of any items unless stated. Additional work undertaken by us shall be made only based on additional payment. In the event of additional work is required or requested, the Vendor shall be entitled to make an appropriate adjustment to our charges. Additional work refers to, not limited to, change of work scope, change of location, climbing flight of stairs, installation height more than 1 metre, clearing work area, etc. Cooperation of Customer The customer must ensure the access routes, the work area or installation site must be clear of any obstructions. Whilst the overall responsibility for our work is borne by our personal, general supervision shall be the responsibility of the customer. In the event of serious breaches/violations, the customer may refuse the personnel access to site with the consent of the Vendor. Customer shall provide lighting, sanitary facilities, electricity, and cooling facilities if necessary to ensure safe and ease of installation.
Installation Time
All the information supplied by Vendor relating to the timing and the duration of the work shall be regarded as approximations. Customer is responsible to ensure general supervision are provided until work is completed. If the work is delayed, the Customer and Vendor shall agree a reasonable extension is required until work is completed. Work delay or extension shall not be charged to Customer. However, if work is delayed due to Customer and requires Vendor repeated travel or additional hours/works, Vendor have the right to claim additional cost incurred from Customer.
Cancellation Charges
Vendor shall not charge customer if cancellation is made 12 hours before the start of work. However, Vendor have the rights to charge if Customer cancels less than an hour before start of work and Customer will be charged based on costs incurred by Vendor from, and not limited to, travel arrangements, people availability, scheduling, etc.
Warranty of work
If a component supplied by the customer is damaged by the contractor during the installation work, the contractor shall either pay compensation for this or repair the component free of charge. The right of the customer to claim for defects in the work shall become void if notification of the defect after 1 hour work has been completed.
Change Policy
Upon confirmation of order, if any original specified quotation/work requires change, Vendor shall address to Customer. Change in cost shall be quoted by Vendor within 3 days of approved change.
