Refund policy

If you have received a damaged product, you MUST notify us within 24 hours upon receiving the items. You are accountable to inspect immediately once received to your delivered address to initiate a damage package claim. You should repack and arrange delivery to us for products to be replaced. Products that have been installed will result in immediate denial claim.

If you are missing any products from your order, You MUST notify us within 5 working days of receiving the items. If you fail to report of missing items from your order within 5 working days of receiving the package, replacement products will not be shipped out under any circumstances.

This is applicable for damaged/faulty items ONLY: Replacement orders will be placed as soon as the damaged or missing product have been verified and authorised. In case replacement is not preferred, we offer credit note/voucher of the item value issued to you. If you opt for cash refund, we will not refund 100% as tax, custom clearance and shipping charges are non-refundable.

NO refund nor store credit/voucher of item value shall be issued for non-damaged/faulty items after checking/testing and/or verification by the store team.
